betterArts partners with Survivor Outreach Services of Fort Drum and Hospice of Jefferson County each year to provide children with a holiday party that celebrates the lives of loved ones. The event, called "A Time of Holiday Remembrance", invites children to create arts 'n' crafts that memorialize their families.
